🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Duties and taxes are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We provide all necessary commercial invoices and HS codes to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- For business/wholesale customers, we can assist with customs documentation and Incoterms (EXW, FOB, DAP, etc.).
📍 Shipping Restrictions
- Airbag vests are shipped without gas cylinders for safety and compliance. Cylinders are shipped separately via approved ground transport.
- Lithium batteries are included and shipped in compliance with IATA/IMO regulations.
- Some countries may require special permits or declarations for medical/assistive devices. We assist with documentation upon request.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges Shipping
- 30-day return policy – If you’re not satisfied, contact us for a return authorization.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured return service.
- Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 business days.
